On 29 June 2006 the ERGEG launched the Report on the Transmission Pricing (for Transit) and how it interacts with Entry-Exit Systems for public consultation. This report identifies key requirements on how transmission pricing for cross border transport (transit) and regulated entry-exit systems could encourage competition and support a competitive market for natural gas

ERGEG invites all interested parties to comment on issues raised in the text.  More background about this public consultation is in the accompanying cover note.

Following the end of the public consultation period, ERGEG will publish all responses to the consultation. If a respondent would like ERGEG to treat their submission with confidentiality then this must be explicitly mentioned.

Any comments should be received by 24 August 2006 and should be sent by e-mail to
gastransit@ergeg.org.
